Well today is my birthday....yeah a whole wonderful year older.
I remember looking forward to being older. Not any more, my stomach hurts just thinking of it.
I actually had a really great day (besides having a sick kid).
I spent some time with my boys. Then the best thing of the day happened. My husband who is great and wonderful and all that. But normally is horrible at birthdays and valentines day and all that good stuff gave me a big surprise. Well to some of you it might not be surprise but to me it was. If you know Carl you will know why....ok back to the surprise he tells me we are going to his dads which is normal. So we leave did I tell you before we left I had finished mowing the grass and was still wearing the same clothes and shoes that I had mowed in.
So we get there and when when we walk up his dad and mom take our children and say ok go on your date have fun, don't come back for at least a hour. So he surprised me and to me to a really nice dinner which we were so under dressed for. Lol me in my mowing the grass clothes with grass in my hair.
Little stuff he does like that makes me get the feeling I got in that first year when I feel in love with him. You know that thump in your heart and tingle in your toes. He can make me mad at times but he is so great and that is why I love him sooo much. His dad said a joke the other day if you knew then what you know now would you have married him. My answer is so Yes.

Day One of my blog ; )
I must admit sometimes it can be overwhelming 3 boys yelling in you ear at once but hey who couldn't love them. They are adorable, smart, and just some wonderful kids. I have been blessed with these children and am so grateful for them.
Well on another note. Carl and I have been together since May of 1999. We have been married since October 2002. Carl is self employed kinda. Ok not really he works for his daddy...lol. He is a great contractor and can pretty much do anything from framing to electrical to drywall. He is awesome I am so proud of him. I am employed by Matthew, Brent, and Andrew Dame as a full time mommy. Believe me they keep me on my toes.
Well I am also the YW leader to some really awesome girls who are intelligent, beautiful, and also pretty darn funny. I love my calling although it can be challenging at times with 3 small children and a husband. But I love it. O.k well I have a crying baby so I will update soon. I am still trying to figure all this out.
